Let's say that AUT students know how to have fun and chill out like normal students do! Give me hell yeah! Well, we don't drink and smoke just to chill out and relieve stress! We just hang out and spend time together. We had so much fun just now. Let me break it down for you.

We left for Causeway Point straight after Motivation and Achievement class. I have nothing much to say about class. Well, let's say that I'm able to focus today in class and pay attention for 1 1/2 hours! What a rare sight. Headed down to C.P with Timmy, Joel, Nicole, Joanne, Valerie, Jovina and Ling Lin. What can I say? The craziest bunch people in AUT!!!! We walked there. That's the only transportattion we got so far. Bus? No point, we don't wanna pay 65 cents for the bus trip. Taxi? That's worse. Hitch a ride? No one was kind enough to give us a ride. Furthermore, there were 8 of us. Not a chance. Walking would be the best to get to C.P and the healthier choice. Work on the legs although most of us depise walking. During the trip down to C.P, LAUGH....LAUGH.....PIGGY BACK....PIGGY BACK....CAMERA SHOTS.....CAMERA SHOTS...Timmy this, Timmy that, Val this, Val that, Richard this, Richard that, HAHAHA Joanne, HEEHEE Ling Lin, WHAT!!! Nicole, YO!!! Jovina!!! JOEL JOEL!!!! You have no idea what we were doing.

OK!!! PHEW! We're at C.P! Well, in case you didn't know. C.P stands for Causeway Point. If you don't know where is that, it's time to check the street directory! I have no time to explain. OK! Back to the story. Well, we walked around the Pa Sa Ma Lum for awhile. Eat junk and more junk. That's the whole point of going there! It's that simple. I couldn't eat the food there so I decided to head down to MACS and ordered two double cheese burgers. I told Nicole that I will eat 6 double cheese burgers. Yup! I will beat Lam's record. He did that 3 years ago. I intend to break it. Think about it my coach, Peter, can gobble down 40 pieces of KFC chicken and 2 bottles of 1.5 liters of coke. How big is his tummy? Damn! After that, we headed to 7 eleven and then back to school.

That's right....CAMERA SHOTS again. LAUGH.....LAUGH!!!! Got back to school and headed down the school field to chill out but we were chased away. Played a few games...proudly brought to you by our very own TIMMY R. Valentine!!! So...we got chased away by the guards and the boarding manager. Suddenly, I have no idea who came out with the idea of sitting in te middle of road and chill out. It was fun after all. We took more pictures and crap all night long. I'll post the pics after Val send them to me. Hold on to it folks.

I would say that it was one hell of night and I will never forget the night. Thanks to you guys!

Well, it's been one hell of week for me. Training was good. As usual but with one or two sessions of short course training. In preparation for the FINA World Cup. It's 25m swimming competition! Neat huh? Finally, I get the chance to compete in an international level although i'm nowhere near that level. Wooo! World competition. It's gonna be cool. Swimming with the best. I'm so excited. Going to Germany, Berlin. Damn!!!! Now that is awesome.

School? Well? What is there for me to say? The 10, 000 word management project is finally over. Now, sit back and relax. Next up, FINAL YEAR EXAMS! Just bring it! That's all for this week. Next week? Train harder and study harder! :)

Anyway, there is a jackass who has been going around tagging as me. I guess he or she was feeling pretty good as he or she kept bullshitting his or her way through. good evening folks. seriously, death is drawing near. my blog is gonna rot again! HOE SHIT! gotta keep reminding myself to blog. let's see....

training? one word to describe it. AWESOME. tired? oh hell yeah. back to dry land again. that means more running for us. couple of suicides... chin ups.... push ups.... but it's all worth it. woke up around 5.30 a.m just to train? i mean who would wanna do that. why would anyone wanna torture themselves by waking up so early in the morning and commit into physical activity? that's right! NO ONE!!!

all the swimmers in the SHITS are competing in the FINA World Cup... so we're training in the short course pool. hell yeah... our heads are spinning round and round like rollercoaster! lots of turns but seriously i enjoy it. it's way better than long course. tao li will start complaining because she said that i have a great advantage over her when it comes to short course. sorry mate. sometimes you have to give chance to other people.

wednesday was pretty fun i guess. the swimming academy went to do some cross training thingy. peter was kind enough to let us have some fun. we played basketball and rugby! we ran our hearts and guts out. legs were sore after everything was over. i mean running up and down the field after a heavy gym workout?? you gotta be out of your mind!!! ran along with tao li, wu peng, jon, mattias, haili, ben mah, daryl and sean! fun fun fun and more fun!!! woohooo!

well, the funniest thing during the cross training was sean being a dick and went to do something stupid. i will not say anything about the whole incident but it was seriously out of control and hilarious man! i almost cried my balls out! did i cried or laughed? i couldn't tell! sean naerly got his nuts kicked out of position! for denise? i have nothing much to say about her. well, not only me. other people will just shake their heads and walk away. sigh. overall, it was just a silly joke.

nothing much to write now... i have no comments on daily classes and stuff. nothing interesting. so... that's about it. gonna slack off now. bye.

i guess wrestling is bullshit after watching UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championships). seriously, wrestling is so totally fake. the slam, the chair shots in the head, the punches, the finishing moves, the blood and the fighting. nothing can compare to UFC. i was watching UFC 75: Champions vs Champions. it was a mind blowing show. super crazy man. street fights, martial arts and kick boxing. slick and deadly moves that makes you go WOW! i would say it's pretty violent. it's worse than wrestling. i'm talking about WWE superstars stuck in the HELL in a CELL, an inferno match, street fight and I Quit! match. an one on one match can be very deadly in UFC. real punches and kicks. imagine being kick in the face and punched continuously for 2 mins. man, that hurts like shit. well, all i have to say is that UFC is awesome. 2 thumbs up and a standing ovation! wooohooo!

what a beautiful sunday afternoon. the weather is good. a little chilly outside. i don't hear my neighbours playing the piano. well, i must agreed that he is plays the piano with style but at the wrong time. it's good today. he is not playing. that means i'm in the good mood. i'm just staying in my room using the laptop and mindind my own business. that's i want, PEACE! both of older siblings are out now. dad is snoozing away and mum is reading the papers. yes. so quiet. so peaceful. just have to keep it that way until leave the house for school and the same routine starts all over again. i gotta do something and make my life more interesting. that is excluding late night studying. well, i'm done with my food and nutrition tutorials. next, i think i will clean my room. hmmm? i'll think about it.

oh man. i guess my blog is dead again. as usual i'm lazy to blog about my life. i'm staying in boarding. not just an ordinary boarding school. it's the SS boarding. that means it's gonna be as boring as hell. neither hell nor the boarding is a nice place to stay. i've been staying in there for almost 3 years. 4th year coming up soon. hell with it man. the environment is bad man. i do not know how to explain it but it's just bad. at night when you're sleeping in your nice comfortable bed (comfortable, MY ASS!) and suddenly there are a few little pricks screaming and yelling. thinking that they owned the whole boarding school. well, i got two words for them, FUCK NO! in the morning, there will be lots of drilling and yelling from the construction workers on the ground level. now, how in the blue hell am i gonna sleep in peace with all the banging and wracking on the walls? can't they just do it after 10 or something. it's time for someone to be god and screw everything back in place! damn those people.

well, nothing interesting happen this week. trainings still the same. long distance and more long distance. it's not that bad after all, considering i'm a sprinter for life. anything more than 200, i'll just crash, burn and drown. simple as that. i used to be able to cope with long distance training during my days in SS. not anymore. looks like big o'girly dick is gonna stick with 50 and 100m. that's what peter always call me or the other guy swimmers. for example, "hey dick, come on don't be a soft cock." or "pull your finger out big girl!" well, i took it to heart when i first started training under him. thought he was being mean to me but after a while i realise that i was indeed a soft cock and a big girl who always want the easy out. now, these sentences motivated me to strive for the best and not letting the win slipped away. he told me, "the chances are given to you. now, it's up to you whether you want to take it or fucked it all up!" i'll never forget that sentence.

it's true. we have chances or given chances. a chance to prove that we are winners or champions! sometimes, we take it for granted. once it slip away from our hands, we tend to live in misery and the whole world falls upon us. this common sentence will flow. "damn, if only i went out a little harder!" or "if only i hold on a little longer!" well, too bad. you had the chance and now you fucked it up. all i can say is TOO BAD. try harder next time.

that's it!!! long distance ain't my cup tea! shit man. lack of fitness is the last thing i want. where are the sprints. morning training was pretty reasonable but with a screwed up lower back? isn't a good start for the week.

watched HAIRSPRAY just now. man, i just can't bear to watch tracy (Nikki Blonsky) kiss link (Zac Effron). it's disgusting. i didn't pay 9.50 to watch the both them kiss. sheesh!!! well, at least Amanda Bynes is star of the show. didn't know she was that hot under that goofy 60's outfit. not bad. the dance was awesome. slicky man. that's about it. i shall stop here. should watch evan almighty or the bourne ultimatum. i think Shoot'em up is cool. watched the trailer. if i'm not wrong, the title for the second movie is Fuck'em up. cool title. :D

back in the pool again. everyone is having fun playing waterpolo and basketball while the SHITS are back in training. sigh. BREAK! BREAK! I NEED A BREAK and not forgetting a kit kat. have a break, have a kit kat! guess what! we have a new member in the SHITS!!! it's haili! WOOHOOO. welcome aboard, dude. hope you have a great time with us and peter.

nothing much this week. just studying and studying. gotta catch up on my applied anatomy. all the humerus, radius, ulna, later epicondyle, deltoid tuberosity and coronoid process is driving me nuts. there are more terms to remember but that's what i've been studying for this week.

well, monday was the food and nutrition mid year exams. i have nothing much to say about it. i studied two days before the actual exam kicked off. mugging? oh hell yeah i did. it's over already so i shall not talk about it. gotta look forward to next months final year! of course, the 10,000 words essay project. hmmm? forget it. ain't gonna talk about it either.

greetings from the dead. that's right my old blog (operationvorandersexxx) is gone. it was officially closed on the 3 of september 2007 @ 7.50 p.m. that is because the host is too lazy to blog. well, maybe he should just leave the blog there and let his friends tag. there should be a slight chance of survival. spammers beware! well, actually i don't care. as long as my blog is alive, that is fine. tag all you want. vulgarities are mostly welcome. so don't be shy. bullshit and cocksense talk, your most welcome too.

well, i just got back from indonesia not too long ago. pretty shag from the trip and i just remembered that i got a mid-year exam on the following monday. as usual, i have to study for it. 2 days of mugging? shouldn't be a problem, i guess.

overall asian age was pretty awesome. the group was small and it wasn't in a mess. pretty managable. the swims were alright. i got 2 bronzes (50 back and 4 x100 free relay) and 2 pbs (50 free and 50 back). i'm happy with the results but i feel that i could do better if the 50 free and 100 back weren't back to back. i missed a medal chance for the 50 free thanks to my breathing. 100 back was a waste. a silver wouldn't be a problem. straight after a 50 free? i don't think so. but it was a good learning experience for me. i have never swam so many events in my entire swimming career. to me it's a little painful and i got through it. a sign of relieve.

what was amazing was the 15 - 17 men 4 x 200 free relay! seeing my teammates sprinting their ass off and showing their fighting spirits! man, that was an incredible swim. standing there and cheering for them was the best thing i could at that point of time. well done guys!!

i decided to swim the 200 back. let me tell you this, this event sucks! firstly, it hurts like shit and secondly, it will kill as you move to the third 50. 3 weeks pior to the competition wasn't enough i guess. at least i know what to do. gotta pump up for next year and see what i can do in this event that everyone hates!

free time? yeah, pretty fun. cards games, strip big two, rubiks cube and watching sports channels! aik wen is full rubbish man. that afternoon, he went around calling everyone if they are interested in playing strip big two. dude! how horny can one man get?

gala dinner? one word to describe it! BORING!

meals? the first 3 days was bad. i gotta go to hotel cafe and have my lunch and dinner.

shopping? hmmm? i didn't spend much buying stuff. more on the food and donuts! Krispy Kreme! Dunkin' Donuts! A&W! Wendy's! KFC! that's all i need for this trip. aik wen and me just kept eating and eating but gain no weight!
